Accordingly to Albanian Labor Code the duration of paid annual holidays is not less than 4 calendar weeks during the current working year and it is determined by collective employment contract or individual employment contract.
If you are an employee and you have not completed a full year of work , the duration of paid annual leave shall be determined in relation to the duration of the employment.
Illustration :An employee who has been working for 6 months is entitled of two weeks paid annual holidays.
