Employed or self employed?
The traditional way of working is rapidly changing. New ways of working are being introduced along with traditional employer-employee association; fixed working post and a 9 to 5 work schedule.
Self-employed especially professionals who offer their services in marketing, sales, accounting, legal services, architecture, engineering etc, have chosen to work independently.With the help of a computer and the internet they can deliver their work at any moment of the day from any place of the world.
In Albania, tele-work is a new provision of Labor Code (art 15/2) stating that: “The employee carries his/her work at home, or in another place, defined in agreement with the employer, using the information technology, within the working time determined by the employee , under the terms agreed between them in the employment contract.”
