
Following the decision no 596 , date 4.9.2019 “ON SOME CHANGES AND AMENDMENTS REGARDING DECISION NR 639 , DATE 7.9.2016, OF THE COUNCIL OF MINISTERS , “ FOR THE DEFINITION OF RULES FOR PROCEDURES AND TYPES OF MEDICAL EXAMINATION TESTS THAT SHALL BE EXECUTED DEPENDING ON THE EMPLOYEE JOB AND THE FUNCTIONING OF MEDICAL SERVICE AT WORKPLACE” , employees can now receive their medical report at the family doctor .Also as per these changes the company doctor must document and keep notes on health and risk evaluation card of employees.
More specifically please read as per below paragraphs a and b , point 1 of the decision nr 639 date 7.9.2016 reflecting such changes :
a)“The Employer employs the employee, as per the medical report issued from the family doctor close to any health center as per requirements of annex V attached to this decision”
b) The Employer makes a preliminary health check-up ,upon employment and /or during the first three months of work from the company’s doctor to ensure that the employees’ health is not endangered from being exposed to professional risks. The company doctor must register every employee at the beginning of his/her job and must document all medical visits and examinations that the employee shall perform in his/her health and risk evaluation card as per annex VI attached to this decision”
