Working conditions for employees working from home can not be less favourable compared to other employees, who perform the same type of work or a similar work with them.
If you are an employee that is working from home due to COVID, you should not be treated under less favourable conditions than your colleagues, and you should not feel discriminated for such a reason.
The employer is responsible to provide you with the necessary computer tools, their proper instalment and maintenance, except for the case when you are using your personal work tools.
Due to working from home you may feel isolated from your colleagues. The Employer is responsible for creating the necessary conditions to prevent such isolation.
This can be done by alternating the working time from home with working time from office, by organizing periodic meetings, by respecting the social distances and safety protocols for COVID.
Details about conditions of working from home should be properly reflected in the internal regulations issued from the employer.
