ON THE OBLIGATION OF BUSINESSES TO NOTIFY THE GENERAL DIRECTORY OF STATE POLICY OF THE EMPLOYEE’S DATA
ANNOUNCEMENT FOR BUSINESSES THAT HAVE THE REQUIREMENT TO REMAIN OPEN
All businesses whose employees need to travel to go to work, must notify the General Directory of State Policy of their list at the email address as per below: [email protected]. Such notifications should be done by presenting a copy of this email to the respective employees of Policy.
In the email must be listed the employee’s data as per below:
Name and Last name of employee;
The place of work where the employee is going to;
The time schedule of the employee’s mobility;
The plate number of the vehicle by which the employee shall travel;
The employee is not allowed to travel with family members or other people that do not have any relation with the job.
